Troubleshooting
If you're using Idealist and something seems like it’s not functioning properly, there are a few things you can try:
- Refresh the page and try one more time.
- Ensure your browser is up to date or try switching browsers (for example, try Chrome if you’re currently using Safari).
- Try a different device (for example, try a computer if you’re having trouble on a mobile device).
- If you’re comfortable, try clearing your browser cache. Please note, clearing your cache may log you out of some websites.
Reporting a Bug
If it still doesn’t work, don't hesitate to Contact Us to report the bug! To help us get to the root of the problem, include the following information in your report:
- The browser you were using (e.g. Internet Explorer or Firefox) and its version number (which you can find by going to the browser’s "Help" menu and clicking "About...").
- What you were trying to do.
- What you expected to happen.
- What actually happened.
- What error messages you saw (if any). Screenshots are always helpful!
Once you’ve sent us your report, we’ll address the problem as soon as we can! We might follow up with more questions, but we’ll work together to get it resolved for you.
