The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (The Fellowship) is the leading non-profit building bridges between Christians and Jews to support Israel and the Jewish people worldwide with humanitarian care and lifesaving aid. Founded in 1983, The Fellowship partners with individuals, faith communities, and organizations across the globe to meet the needs of Israel's poorest citizens, assist Jews in crisis around the world, and promote understanding and cooperation between faiths. In 2024, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews reported over $339 million in revenue, providing significant funding to poverty relief, security assistance, and interfaith education programs.

The Global CFO is a new senior leadership role created to support the charitable non-profit's growth and global complexity. The CFO will oversee long-term financial planning, consolidation of global accounts, audit and compliance functions, and will serve as the key advisor to senior leadership and the Board Finance Committee. This leader will ensure alignment of financial systems and controls across multiple geographies, optimize integration of systems, and foster a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications required for this position include: a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation; demonstrated knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. non-profit reporting and compliance requirements; 10+ years of progressively responsible senior financial leadership experience in a complex, multi-entity, or global non-profit or corporate environment; demonstrated expertise in fund accounting, compliance, and audit oversight; experience with global consolidations and multi-currency transactions; proven track record in leading high-performing finance teams. An advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or related) is preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is expected to be in the $275,000 - $310,000 range, commensurate with experience. Higher compensation will be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates. The Fellowship offers a robust benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, a 403b retirement plan with a 5% match, and a 401a plan funded by the organization.
