    Description

    The Choice is managing the employment of an ASAP Administrative Coordinator role for our client- a higher education association in the public health space.

    The schedule is 9 am to 5 pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch (35 hours/week) Onsite in DC office is required Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with remote days Monday and Friday.

    The Administrative Coordinator will provide direct assistance to the organization’s Office of Learning.

    The ideal candidate will have/will be:

    • Completed Bachelor’s degree. Professional interest in higher education/public health highly preferred
    • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience- previous administrative/program support experience/association experience preferred

    Job Duties:

    • Assist with programs to include:
    • Assist with setting up program meetings and communicating with members
    • Prepare agendas and minutes
    • Develop timelines for Fall October 2025 program
    • Provide support to OL staff as needed
    • Assist with member council meetings:
    • Prepare the set-up of meetings, meeting agendas and minutes, utilizing Office 365, Teams Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat
    • Maintain effective file labelling and file sharing in the OL shared drive and SmartSheet (training provided)
    • Assist with entries into SmartSheet and the Association Management System, Association Anywhere (training provided)
    • Download data from Association Anywhere and Qualtrics (training provided)
    • Assist in Continuing Education (CE) data collection
    • Create an Excel spreadsheet with CE data by reviewing sources that will be provided.
    • Provide suggestions on more streamlined approaches to data collection, analysis and display to assist with quality assurance of meetings, with report-out to staff and members.
    • Other
    • Assist with meeting and room scheduling as needed (internal and external meetings).
    • Other tasks as assigned.

    Salary: $25/hr

    • Benefits: Available after first interview.
