    Location: London, UK (Only candidates who are eligible to work legally without work visa sponsorship in the UK will be considered.)

    Contract Type: Part-time (20 hours per week), fixed term contract from early November 2025 until end of May 2026

    Target Hiring Salary: GBP 13.85 per hour (before taxes)

    Target Start Date: Early November 2025

    Job Title:Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Intern

    Grade: Intern

    Reports to: Global Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer

    Location: London, UK

    Department: Impact

    1. Purpose:

    Support the Impact Department by contributing to projects, administrative tasks, and team initiatives.

    1. Accountability & Responsibilities:
    • Support Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) processes on the Sexual Health and Reproductive Education (SHARE) project through conducting MERL-related tasks such as supporting with reporting, data quality checks and consolidating findings from monitoring and research.
    • Support Department initiatives such as providing support in consolidating Global Reach and Impact Reporting.
    • Assist with MEL related administrative tasks as needed such as drafting correspondence, preparing training slides, participating in meetings to learn and support with meeting minutes.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    1. Relationships & Communications: Internal / External:
    • Internal: Regular interaction with MEL and Program team members at global and country level, and other departments to gather and exchange information as well as coordinate tasks.
    1. Expertise (Skills, Knowledge, Languages, etc.)
    • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in a relevant field (e.g., international development, social sciences or related).
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English required.
    • Experience handling and analysing qualitative and quantitative data.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar applications.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate initiative.
