    Conservation Allies is seeking a part-time to full-time remote position to support our partners with fundraising.

    Organization: Conservation Allies (CA) is a nonprofit that acts as a bridge between US donors and nature conservation organizations, protecting biological diversity in the global south. CA strives to help our partner NGOs obtain the resources they need to make a major impact on habitat protection and biodiversity conservation. Through our unique partnership, CA provides financial and technical assistance, including offering a donation platform to help raise funds for our partners’ exceptional work.

    Position Overview: Conservation Allies is seeking an experienced and self-motivated philanthropist with a passion for conservation to join our team and help support and guide our partners to optimize their fundraising capacity and abilities. This 100% remote position will involve collaborating with more than 40 partners in over 20 countries focusing on providing capacity, advising their fundraising campaigns, orienting their outreach activities, and other ideas that generate support for their priorities and organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising plus possess excellent communication skills.

    Location: working 100% remotely, worldwide.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review and improve Partner fundraising pages, including new appeals with clear goals.
    • Provide fundraising resources, technical assistance, training, and support to partners.
    • Support and steward partners to implement EOY matching campaigns.
    • Manage Google Ads and Google Ad Grants
    • Monitor fundraising progress and donor stewardship.

    Qualifications and experience required:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher education preferred.
    • 3+ years of related fundraising experience.
    • Fluency in English is essential with strong writing and communication skills.
    • Passion for conservation and environmental issues.

    Compensation: Salary is $25-$40/hour, commensurate with experience.
