    Responsibilities:

    Curriculum Development + Training

    • Design Trainings & Resources: In consultation with the Sr. Director of Corporate Strategy and Director of Learning, design and revise training and learning assets for a corporate audience, including open access materials, bespoke content for fee-for-service clients, open enrollment course materials, among others.
    • Lead Trainings: Lead synchronous trainings as relevant; Prepare other team members to lead trainings as relevant.

    Consulting + Client Engagement

    • Design Consulting Packages: Create and revise relevant consulting packages, and other engagement offerings, to be customized for specific client needs.
    • Lead Priority Consultations: Serve as lead consultant driving successful implementation of select consultations from start to finish.

    Thought Leadership

    • Author high-impact thought pieces for IA Magazine and external platforms.
    • Assist with recruitment for open enrollment courses, and trainings + consultations.

    Client Recruitment + Pipeline Cultivation

    • Grow Network: Create strategy and implement activities to proactively grow IA’s corporate network through in-person outreach, conference presentations and other networking strategies.
    • Recruit New Clients: Maintain and deepen relationships with potential clients that result in conversion to fee-for-service partnerships.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • High level of religious literacy and fluency in diversity, pluralism, and inclusion.
    • Authorization to work in the United States

    Supervisor: Senior Director of Corporate Strategy

    Leadership level: Director

    Travel: 20%. If remote, four visits to Chicago expected per year, and additional travel 1-2 times per month to conferences and networking gatherings.

    Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000, plus excellent benefits. Please read more about our benefits here.

    Location: Working from our Chicago office or remote from DC, MA, MD, MI, NC, OH, VA, and WI.

    Other Requirements:
