Overview of Position
The bookkeeper will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment of all accounts payable, entering bills and invoices into Bill.com, accurately coding QuickBooks bank feed, and reconciling gift records monthly with Development. The bookkeeper will also manage entry of volunteer stipends into Bill.com as well as payroll journal entries in QuickBooks. The bookkeeper will report to the Director of Finance.
This is a non-exempt, hourly position with an anticipated schedule of 15 hours per week. We anticipate this position can be fulfilled fully remote. The bookkeeper position will operate as a consultant and not be required to attend all staff meetings, trainings, or be on-site. This position will meet weekly with the Director of Finance, during business hours of 9am-5pm. Regular responsibilities and duties can be fulfilled outside of normal business hours.
