    Description

    We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for licensed mental health professionals (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) to join an innovative clinical program serving older adults facing challenges such as depression, social isolation, and anxiety. As a key member of our team, you will deliver evidence-based, solution-focused, and skills-building interventions in a warm, supportive, and collaborative setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide individual and group therapy to seniors in senior center settings
    • Utilize evidence-based treatment models (training and certification provided)
    • Address issues such as depression, anxiety, and social isolation through behavioral and goal-oriented approaches
    • Participate in regular team meetings, clinical supervision, and CEU-accredited in-service trainings
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic systems

    Requirements:

    • Active LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC license in New York State
    • Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively serve the community
    • Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Comfortable with electronic health records and other digital tools
    • Ability to work independently while being part of a team-focused environment

    Position Details:

    • Full-time, 35 hours per week
    • Locations in Manhattan and the Bronx
    • Salary: $65,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience
