    Description

    NALCAB is hiring a Director of Public Policy to lead the daily execution of our strategy and advance the interests of our nationwide network!

    What You'll Do:

    ✅ Lead Policy Execution: Drive our federal policy strategy, collaborating with national partners and key coalitions.

    ✅ Direct Advocacy: Coordinate and lead meetings with US Congress, the Presidential Administration, federal agencies, and government representatives on behalf of NALCAB and our membership.

    ✅ Strategic Impact: Monitor legislation and regulatory changes based on our Strategic Plan to protect and advance our mission.

    ✅ Collaborate: Work closely with NALCAB's CEO, C-Suite, and the Board's Policy Committee to achieve our goals.

    The details:

    ✅ Location: Washington, DC

    ✅ Schedule: 9AM – 5:30PM ET / Hybrid (2-3 days per week, onsite at our DC office)

    ✅ Salary: $113,400 - $144,900 annually

    ✅ Travel: Locally and nationally. 30% is expected.
