    Description

    Ohel is seeking a talented Designer/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and project management, overseeing residential and commercial construction projects from concept to completion.

    As Designer/Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to contract deadlines and within budget. Your responsibilities will in include collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure successful project outcomes. The primary focus will be on coordinating the entire project lifecycle, from conception to delivery, while maintaining high-quality standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited design school
    • Proficient in reading architectural construction drawings
    • Experience managing residential and commercial construction projects
    • Proficient in Microsoft office and CAD software
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional demeanor
    • Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be organized and able to work independently

    This full time position is based in Teaneck, NJ and requires travel to project sites in the 5 Boroughs, Teaneck, Passaic, and Lakewood areas. Must have valid New York or New Jersey driver’s license and full use of own vehicle.

    Salary: $60,000 -$70,000
