Job Title: Program Manager- Supportive Housing
Reports To: Director of Supportive Housing

Annual Salary: $61,800 - $70,040
Overview:
The Program Manager of Supportive Housing will work in collaboration with an existing Program Manager overseeing the supported housing programs located in scattered-site units. The scattered-site programs in Permanent Supportive Housing provide case management, stabilization, and support to formerly homeless individuals, with the ultimate objective of assisting them with achieving independent living. This Program Manager will be responsible for the supervision of 5-7 Case Managers. They should exhibit a supportive supervision style, should be a motivated self-learner, and should be able to effectively manage challenges that may arise.

Work Environment:
Office space within office building; prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer, must be able to climb stairs. Office is open to the public and visitors only by appointment. Position requires a minimum of four days onsite after training period. Office is climate controlled with heat and air conditioning.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory.
