When you join Love146, you become part of a team committed to justice, compassion, and the belief that every child deserves safety and freedom.

    🖥️ About the Role

As our Technology Coordinator, you are essential to keeping our data reliable, accessible, and meaningful. With a sharp eye for data quality and a commitment to helping our team make informed decisions, you’ll ensure our information stays accurate and well-organized across all systems. You’ll also be the friendly go-to for everyday tech support—combining a service-minded approach with technical expertise to keep our staff connected and our systems running smoothly.

    💻 What You’ll Do

🛠 IT Support & Systems Management

      • Be the first point of contact for tech support, responding promptly to hardware, software, network, and account issues.
      • Organize shared drives and files for easy, secure access.
      • Collaborate with outside IT vendors for advanced troubleshooting.
      • Provide basic trainings on tools and security to keep staff empowered and safe.

📊 Data Quality & Database Coordination

      • Ensure data is clean, consistent, and accurately entered across our systems.
      • Conduct regular audits to catch duplicates or errors and implement data cleaning.
      • Partner with program, development, and operations teams to make sure our data tells the right story.
      • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that help us see trends and gaps.
      • Serve as a helpful resource for staff questions about our databases.

    🔐 Compliance & Security

      • Handle sensitive data in line with organizational policies and legal requirements, including HIPAA.
      • Manage privacy settings, encryption, and secure access.
      • Keep systems up to date, oversee regular backups, and support cybersecurity initiatives like password protocols and phishing prevention.

    🌟Who You Are

      • A natural problem solver who enjoys helping people and making tech approachable.
      • Detail-oriented and committed to keeping data clean and reliable.
      • Flexible and collaborative—you enjoy working across teams and learning new systems.
      • Passionate about using your skills to support a mission that matters.

    🧰 Qualifications & Experience

      • Associate or bachelor’s degree, or 2-3 years of professional experience in a related tech field.
      • At least 2+ years in IT support, help desk, or a similar role.
      • Strong knowledge of MacOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
      • Skilled at troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
      • Clear communicator who can patiently assist non-technical users.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience in nonprofits or social services.
    • Familiarity with case management or donor database systems like Salesforce, Apricot, or Raiser’s Edge.
    • Basic networking know-how and comfort with IT security best practices.

    🎁Why You’ll Love Working Here

We care for our team the way we care for the children we serve—with compassion, respect, and a commitment to well-being. At Love146, you’ll find:

      • A values- and trauma-informed culture that prioritizes self-care, flexibility, and work-life balance.
      • Generous benefits, including:
      • Comprehensive medical coverage (with employee contribution from 6%-20% depending on plan).
      • 15 paid vacation days + 10 sick days annually.
      • Paid holidays, an Employee Assistance Program, and a month-long paid sabbatical after 5 years.
      • Optional vision, dental, disability, and a 403(b)-retirement plan with employer match.
