    About the Role

    Board Certified Behavior Analysts will manage and oversee the delivery of ABA therapy services to children across our network of schools. The Board Certified Behavior Analysts perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and work with parents and families.

    Schedule

    The BCBA or ABA would work with the students' school based teams in order to develop a schedule. Currently, we have a need of approximately 10hrs/week.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans and programs based on assessment results;
    • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, and develop Behavior Intervention Plans;
    • Oversee treatment plan implementation and provide clinical supervision to staff;
    • Modify treatment plans and programs as needed based on data-driven decisions; and
    • Provide initial and ongoing training to therapists Ensure internal policies are followed.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field required;
    • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) required;

    • Preference will be given to applicants who also:
      • Have experience in a public or charter school setting;
      • Speak Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic fluently;
      • Can speak to the importance of rigorous classroom instruction and culture;
      • Can speak to the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
