About this Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the seamless integration and welcoming of an established women tech professionals network into the Technovation ecosystem. This strategic partnership combines two complementary global communities with over 12-15 years of development each, creating a seamless pathway from early tech education to professional leadership. At Technovation, we believe that fostering strong industry connections and building a vibrant community amongst industry professionals directly benefits the entire Technovation network. We are expanding that work in industry to include this network of women tech professionals, we are looking for a team member to help ensure a smooth transition into our community.
We are looking for an organized, community builder who has experience building a program and managing multiple priorities.
The ideal candidate understands the power of building for the community they are supporting and creating global connections in our digital world. As the Volunteer Network Program Manager at Technovation, you’ll work with the Technovation team to develop engaging professional development content and events for members of the community. This role will help us build an ecosystem of support for our current volunteer and alumnae programming, providing a space for learning, connection, and career development.

Key Responsibilities
As the Volunteer Network Program Manager, you’ll get to showcase your expertise in building programming that engages professionals at various stages of their careers, creating pathways for members to support the Technovation Girls ecosystem, and help lead a seamless and impactful integration of two incredible global communities. Your responsibilities will specifically include:
Manage transition of professional network
Communicate to the new community about organizational updates and offering
Engage members of the women tech professional network in the Technovation ecosystem
Plan, prepare, and host a variety of events
