About the Role
We’re looking for a New York-based Administrative Assistant to work across our People, Communications and Technology teams enhancing their efficiency and productivity.
Managed by our Director of Communications who is also New York based, you’ll be a key member of multiple teams, and responsible for coordinating a variety of administrative tasks and projects. The teams you will be supporting are primarily based in the UK and the US, so someone comfortable with and excited by working with a global team across multiple time zones, is important.

Location and Travel Requirements
This role is based in New York City, and the jobholder will be required to work from our WeWork office space in Irving Place, lower Manhattan, 1-2 days per week. The jobholder is also required to attend team offsites as well as an annual global offsite, typically held in the UK.
