    Description

    Upper Seven Law seeks a part-time highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support key administrative and operational functions for 20–30 hours per week starting as soon as September 15, 2025. The Office Coordinator role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, has a strong sense of professionalism, and wants to contribute to a mission-driven team. This person will provide support across finance, personnel, and general office operations to help keep our work running smoothly. The position is based in Helena, Montana, and reports to the Operations Director.

    Responsibilities:

    • Bookkeeping support: accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit cards, and expense reports.
    • Maintaining organized digital and physical records for operational needs.
    • Preparing and sending professional correspondence to donors, partners, and other stakeholders.
    • Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, applicant tracking, and preparing onboarding materials and equipment.
    • Coordinating office logistics, including supply orders, and liaising with vendors. • Developing and maintaining operational resources such as checklists, templates, and procedures.
    • Assisting with organizational development initiatives and other administrative duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in administrative, operations, nonprofit, finance, or personnel support.
    • Familiarity with bookkeeping principles and accounting processes.
    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn other tools.
