Position Summary
The Club Administrator plays a key role in the smooth operation of the club’s programs by providing administrative support, ensuring effective communication between staff, members, and league partners, and maintaining efficient systems to deliver an exceptional soccer experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families, players, and coaches regarding registration, scheduling, and general inquiries.
- Manage registration systems and maintain accurate player, team, and coach records.
- Support team formation, rostering, and league submissions for youth programs.
- Assist with uniform orders, equipment inventory, and distribution.
- Support event coordination such as tryouts, tournaments, and camps.
- Process player transfers, travel paperwork, and compliance documents in accordance with league and governing body requirements.
- Provide general administrative support
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or sports management software (e.g., GotSport, Affinity, PlayMetrics).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service mindset with a positive, professional attitude.
- Experience in youth sports or soccer administration preferred.
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends during key club events.
