You’ll be the face of FCEH, leading advocacy efforts, growing partnerships, and overseeing our annual conference and training.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Strategy

    • Partner with the Board of Directors to shape and carry out strategies.
    • Support board and committee meetings, retreats, and our annual membership meeting.
    • Keep our annual calendar of events and activities on track.

    Advocacy & Partnerships

    • Build strong relationships with government agencies, Continuums of Care (CoCs), funders, and community leaders.
    • Represent the Coalition in statewide and national spaces, like the Florida Council on Homelessness, the Florida Supportive Housing Coalition.
    • Share timely legislative and policy updates with members and lead Calls to Action when needed.
    • Guide the development and rollout of advocacy priorities set by our members.

    Annual Conference & Events

    • Plan and oversee our annual statewide conference—everything from sponsorships to workshops.
    • Grow sponsorships and attendance to expand our reach and impact.

    • Knowledge of state and federal homeless funding streams and policy.
    • A track record of successful coalition-building, advocacy, and public policy work.
