Project Success is a youth development nonprofit organization that helps students connect to their purpose. Student Support Aides provide one-on-one assistance to students who may need additional support as they build critical life and career skills through Project Success Institute programming. They assist in areas as directed by the student to help them learn safely and enjoy their experience. This independent contractor role supports Tuesday evening classes from 4:30 – 6:30 PM, running September 30 - December 16, with the possibility of contract renewal based on program needs.
Our ideal candidate has experience working with youth, an ability to build and nurture trusting relationships, and is consistent, dependable, and reliable. They are able to respond to individual needs with care and have strong communication skills.

POSITION DETAILS
This is an independent contractor position. The contractor will provide one-on-one support to students during an evening Budget-Friendly Cooking class that happens every Tuesday at the Project Success office from 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM. Contractors are asked to arrive 30 minutes before class and stay 30 minutes after, for a total of 3 hours of support. Specific details regarding scheduling will be discussed during the interview process.
