Position Description
Under general supervision, the Development Services Manager supports and works closely with the Director of Development to fulfill the goals of the school’s stewardship and fundraising efforts. The Development Services Manager is responsible for supporting the day‐to‐day functions of the Development office, including database management (Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge), data collection and dissemination, constituent records, moves management, recording donor engagement, prospect research and management, gift processing, acknowledgement data, analysis of data, and report preparation. As a crucial member of the advancement team,the Development Services Manager will thoroughly understand the history and culture of philanthropy at Epiphany School as it relates to fundraising, admission, families, donors, and stewardship.
Location & Schedule
The person in this role must work in-person on the school campus in the Madrona neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The position will require evening and weekend work, including traveling locally for donor meetings and fundraising events.
Standard school operating hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm. Staff meetings are on Wednesdays from 4:00 – 5:00pm.

The salary range for this role is between $85,000and $95,000 based on years of experience, education, and internal equity.
