    About Us:

    Homeless Services Network (HSN) of Central Florida is dedicated to ending homelessness by advancing collaboration, strategy, and capacity building across the region.

    Position Overview:

    The Grants Admin Specialist supports the fiscal management of the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) grant. This role includes monitoring sub-recipient compliance, coordinating training, maintaining documentation, and assisting with reimbursements and budget tracking.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support all administrative and compliance functions related to SSVF grants
    • Monitor and maintain sub-recipient files and training activities
    • Reconcile billing packets and track budget-to-actuals
    • Submit monthly reimbursement requests per grant contract guidelines
    • Coordinate contract renewals and collaborate with finance and program teams
    • Provide reports and data for funders, auditors, and leadership

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Human Services, or related field; OR Associate’s + 2 years experience
    • 4+ years of experience in human services or social work preferred
    • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data import/export)
    • Experience with grant monitoring and financial systems preferred
    • Familiarity with HMIS or similar databases is a plus
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
