At KenCrest, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to live a full, self-directed life surrounded by community, purpose, and possibility. We are seeking a visionary and compassionate Vice President of Programs to lead with purpose, heart, and innovation. In this key leadership role, you will oversee and elevate the delivery of adult services, championing person-centered supports, inspiring high-performing teams, and driving positive change across the organization.

This is more than an executive position; it’s a chance to shape what service means for the people we support. You’ll advocate for outcomes that reflect individual goals and dreams, lead strategic initiatives that foster dignity and independence, and create an environment where innovation thrives and community partnerships flourish. If you’re a bold leader who believes in empowering people, building inclusive systems, and turning values into action, we want to hear from you.

This role is a hybrid role; while mostly Work From Home there are virtual meetings and in-office requirements as well as expected travel to the client homes/meetings within Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Delaware. Standard Monday through Friday with on call expectations for emergency and program needs.

    Some Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and Oversee Program Operations: Provide strategic leadership across service lines, ensuring programs are person-centered, outcome-driven, and aligned with agency goals.
    • Promote Innovation and Quality: Continuously assess, introduce, and champion innovations in service delivery and care models to improve outcomes for the individuals we serve.
    • Advance Organizational Capacity: Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and promote the agency's capabilities to external partners and stakeholders.
    • Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain effective relationships across departments to support coordinated care, seamless service delivery, and integrated planning.
    • Drive Performance and Accountability: Use data and key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness, guide decisions, and ensure high-quality services and fiscal accountability.
    • Foster Leadership Development: Mentor and support leadership at all levels, cultivating a culture of learning, accountability, and personal growth.
    • Champion Employee Engagement: Promote transparency, inclusion, and open communication by creating systems for staff input, recognition, and shared success.
    • Implement Strategic Initiatives: Lead the execution of key clinical and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with agency priorities and funder expectations.
    • Develop Partnerships and Community Engagement: Represent the agency in strategic partnerships and community collaborations to support innovative, sustainable service models.
    • Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor quality standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring proactive systems are in place for compliance and service excellence.
