    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Family Support Services Director to join our RMHC-SD team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent services to families in need and a proven track record of success in managing and leading a team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of families in our community.

    The director is responsible for the development, administration, management, evaluation, and strategic growth of comprehensive supportive services for families. Success in this role requires strong leadership, a strategic vision, and a deep commitment to meeting the evolving needs of the families we serve. The director will apply sound clinical judgment, leverage data analysis, and incorporate client feedback to continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of the FSS

    Education and Experience:

      • LCSW or LMFT required; must be licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) for a minimum of two years.
      • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in management and administration, including team supervision.
      • Demonstrated experience in program evaluation and design.
      • Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) preferred.

This constitutes a maximum employer match of 4% if you defer 5% of eligible earnings.

    Level of Language Proficiency

      • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
