    Who we are:

The Leviticus 25:23 Alternative Fund (Leviticus) is rooted in faith and the call for economic justice. The Fund provides flexible capital, expertise, and advocacy to propel the growth of low-income communities, and creates opportunities for vulnerable, low-income people to thrive and live with dignity. Our loans assist the predevelopment, rehab, and permanent phases of affordable housing, including transitional housing and permanent housing with supportive services for those with special needs and extremely low incomes; childcare and early learning centers; nonprofit office and program delivery space; and community economic development projects.

Leviticus is based in Tarrytown, New York (Westchester County). We are interested in candidates who reside in the Westchester/NYC metropolitan area but are also open to very qualified candidates who might work 100% remotely. All Leviticus staff are currently working in a hybrid manner, with some days each week working in office and others remotely.

    Why we need you:

    1. Leviticus’ community investing has contributed to an exponential growth from $12
    2. million in net assets at fiscal year-end 2018 to $1

million as of September 30, 2025. It is a pivotal moment for the organization. To support this growth, we need an enthusiastic, team-oriented, tech-savvy, and mission-driven member of our team to help Leviticus with the build out and adoption of Salesforce for relationship management, compliance and reporting, and lending operations, and to act as a liaison with outside IT and managed services providers.

    What will you do?

This role is primarily responsible for supporting end-users, driving adoption, enabling strong data governance, and facilitating process improvements for our team through Salesforce and our related technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have analytical, functional, and technical skills, along with knowledge of best practice for using Salesforce-based technologies. The Salesforce Business Analyst will serve as the primary Salesforce system administrator for the Leviticus Fund’s ~20 users as well as the coordinator for general IT needs for the staff.

This position requires a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a proactive approach to learning and assessing the potential application of new Salesforce-based technologies. Applicants should be comfortable working with end users of differing skill levels and adept at studying and mapping business processes to enterprise solutions.
