Seeking Community program and training professional for Learning & Performance opportunity - Atlas HOPE initiative

United Way of New York City is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning and Performance to strengthen our Atlas HOPE initiative within our Justice & Opportunity (J&O).work

In this role, you will collaborate with team members to design and implement, impactful training programs, build partnerships with community-based organizations (CBOs) and city agencies, and create systems that drive real change across NYC’s five boroughs.

We are looking for:

• • 3+ years leading programs in or with CBOs
  • Knowledge of NYC’s criminal legal system landscape
  • Strong skills in training design, partnership-building, and data-driven evaluation
  • Commitment to equity, cultural competence, and our mission of building stronger communities
  • Hiring range $80,000 - $87,200.00
