    Grant Writer/Grants Manager

    As our Grant Writer/Grants Manager, you play a key role in securing and sustaining funding from a diverse portfolio of funders that contribute to our $57.8M in annual revenue. You will create clear, concise, and compelling grant proposals and reports that support thousands of scholars in their journeys to and through college. Day to day, you will prepare grant proposals and reports, collaborate with Central and site-based teams to gather necessary information, and work with a group of passionate writers to share knowledge and best practices.     This position is full-time, offering a comprehensive compensation range that varies by location, with exact compensation dependent on experience. The full salary range for each of the locations is below:

    • Oakland, CA ($78,000-$95,000)
    • Sacramento, CA ($70,000-$85,500)
    • Los Angeles, CA ($70,000-$85,500)
    • Denver, CO ($70,000-$85,500)
    • New Orleans, LA ($62,000-$75,500)
    • D.C. Metro Area ($78,000-$95,000)

    As someone new to the role, you can expect an offer in the second quartile to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during your time in the position.

    • Oakland, CA ($82,250 - $86,499)
    • Sacramento, CA ($73,875 - $77,749)
    • Los Angeles, CA ($73,875 - $77,749)
    • Denver, CO ($73,875 - $77,749)
    • New Orleans, LA ($65,375 - $68,749)
    • D.C. Metro Area ($82,250 - $86,499)
