Religions for Peace is seeking an experienced professional to serve as Conflict Transformation and Peace Building (CTP) Manager, tasked with advancing Religions for Peace’s peace efforts.
Position Overview
The CTP Manager will be responsible for developing a strategy and leading Religions for Peace’s conflict transformation and peacebuilding programmatic efforts. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring and reporting on all related activities.
The CTP Manager will work under the supervision of the Deputy Secretary General. In that capacity the Manager will contribute to providing general oversight for and guidance to staff working on related areas and will liaise with the International Development Manager, Information and Communication Manager, the Networks Coordinator and the Chief Financial Officer.
The CTP Manager works at the Religions for Peace International Secretariat in New York City (in person), is a member of the Senior Management Team and reports to Deputy Secretary General and Director of Programmes.

Salary Range
110,000 - 120,000 USD (depending on qualification and experience) + generous benefits.
