VP of Finance and Accounting

Position Summary
The VP of Finance and Accounting will report directly to the CFO and will be responsible for the direct supervision of all accounting and financial functions of the organization. Primary responsibilities include supervision of the monthly close process, restricted grants, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and management of the audit and tax process. The VP of Finance and Accounting will ensure that Good360 has the financial reporting, systems, controls and procedures in place to support effective organizational management and operations. The VP of Finance and Accounting will work closely with program leaders and their staff, not only to educate them regarding finance and accounting procedures, but also to explore how the finance function can proactively support program operations. This individual is a key member of the leadership team and will actively participate in the management and strategy of the business.

Salary Range
$145,000 - $165,000 annually, commensurate with experience and based on DC market
Work Location
Hybrid with an office in Old Town Alexandria – minimum 2 days/week in office (Anchor Day – Tuesday)
