Intergrated Care Program Team Manager
The Integrated Care Program Team Manager will oversee and guide all aspects of integrated care management, including supervision of care management staff, project management, and the implementation of managed care initiatives. They will ensure programs effectively integrate health care, behavioral health, and long-term services and supports (LTSS) in alignment with contract requirements, MassHealth guidelines, and MVES policies. Acting as a key leader, the Manager will drive program quality, foster staff development, and support the delivery of person-centered, coordinated care for the individuals and families served.
Schedule: This position is full-time, exempt, and onsite 2-3 days a week (35 hours/week). No nights or weekends.
Compensation: Starting annual salary of $62,500 – $67,000, depending on experience, with an additional 6% for bilingual fluency. Enjoy benefits that start as of day 1 of employment and our generous paid time off package.
