    Description

    The Senior Digital Associate plays a key role in supporting Greenlight America’s communications and campaign work, helping to set-up and track digital marketing including outreach and engagement in EveryAction, social media ads, and creating content across campaigns. A successful candidate for this position will have proficiency in the communications and advocacy side of EveryAction, especially Online Actions and Report Manager. They will also have the ability to get up to speed quickly on complex topics and new digital tools, be a skilled writer with the demonstrated capacity to produce quality work on deadline, and exhibit strong skills in project management. The position is remote and reports to the Communications and Digital Senior Manager.

    PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support digital engagement and reporting across all Greenlight clean energy campaigns, including creating online actions in EveryAction and creating and running regular reports supporting campaign staff in their use of the platform.
    • Support volunteer data tracking including and importing data from external outreach platforms and uploading it into EveryAction and tracking cold outreach stats across campaign efforts.
    • Support on the creation of communications materials for other Greenlight clean energy campaigns as assigned, working closely with other members of the communications and campaigns teams to create digital content for each campaign.
    • Supporting digital advertising either through the direct creation of social media ads on platforms such as Meta or LinkedIn or by managing external vendors.

    KEY QUALIFICATIONS

    We are especially interested in candidates with the following qualifications:

    • One (1) year experience with EveryAction CRM
    • Experience developing content and/or messaging on deadline.
    • Strong written communications skills.
    • Passion for accelerating the clean energy transition.
    • Experience with digital marketing and Mobilze.us is a plus.
    • Candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones preferred to help ensure complete time zone coverage and support. However, we welcome applicants from all U.S. locations.

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

    The base annual salary for this position is $60,000-$85,000. We offer an excellent benefits package which includes 100% employer paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited paid time off, monthly technology stipend, and retirement contributions through 401k and Roth plans.
