The System Improvement Fellow 2 will coordinate efforts to amplify the voices of those with lived experience of homelessness within Central Florida’s homeless response system. This includes managing the Lived Experience Council (LEC), supporting youth-driven groups like YAB and YAS as needed, and ensuring meaningful inclusion in planning and decision-making efforts. This position is ideal for someone passionate about systems change and equity in housing.
