    • Collect data and maintain documentation that ensures quality services and meets Healthy Families America standards.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
    • At least 2 years of experience working with or providing services to children and families
    • Ability to establish trusting relationships and meet families where they are
    • Respect and acceptance of individual differences
    • Experience and humility to work with culturally diverse families
    • Knowledge of infant and child development
    • Willingness to engage in reflective practice (capacity for introspection, self-awareness in relation to others, and valuing supervision)
    • Infant Mental Health endorsement preferred (if available in the state)
    • Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply

    Why You’ll Love Working Here

    • Make an impact: Every day, you’ll help young parents build brighter futures for themselves and their children.
    • Grow professionally: We provide reflective supervision, ongoing training, and opportunities to build specialized knowledge in infant and early childhood mental health.
