    Location: Seattle, WA

    Pay Range: $25.78–$36.11/hour

    Seattle Theatre Group (STG) is a nonprofit arts organization that operates three of Seattle’s most iconic venues—the Paramount, Moore, and Neptune Theatres. We’re on a mission to enrich, inspire, challenge, and expand our community through the arts. And we need your help behind the scenes!

    We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer who’s passionate about keeping spaces safe, functional, and beautiful. If you love solving problems, working with your hands, and being part of a team that supports live performance and community events, this could be the perfect fit.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Maintain and repair building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more)
    • Support show setups and teardowns
    • Keep our historic theatres in top shape—inside and out
    • Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance
    • Coordinate with vendors and assist with office moves and furniture setups

    What You Bring:

    • Experience with building systems and repairs
    • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
    • Comfort with physical tasks (lifting, climbing, bending)
    • A collaborative spirit and a love for the arts
