POSITION SUMMARY
Urban Alliance is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team in the Baltimore region to support our Out-of-School (OST) time internship programs. The Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the organization provides leadership development training, career readiness workshops and high-quality internships for program participants. They assist in the design of, and are responsible for facilitating weekly leadership training, pre-internship skill-building, and coordinating paid internships with Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alumni.
The Program Coordinator is the primary point of contact for mentors and schools, guiding participants as they strengthen leadership skills and gain real career experience. Knowledge of youth leadership development, workforce readiness training, or internship coordination is a plus, especially experience supporting high school students in building career and leadership skills. This position reports to the Program Director.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
At Urban Alliance one of our core values is taking care of each other, and this includes offering competitive benefits, paid time off, and options for remote work. The salary for this position is between $51,000 and $58,000 depending on experience. In addition to having paid time off between December 25th and January 1st, earn up to 18 days of paid time off (PTO) plus 10 paid federal holidays, 5 sick days, as well as birthday and diversity paid holidays. After 3 years of employment, additional PTO days are provided. Depending on the calendar, additional paid closure days and early closure days are established each year.
