    Job Type: Contractor 1099 | Remote | 35 - 40 hours per week

    Position Overview:

    The Director of Chapter Recruiting will report to the Chapter Network Officer (CNO) and is responsible for managing GOA’s chapter board member recruitment program. Expectation is the recruitment of a minimum of 50 new board members annually who meet/exceed chapter board performance standards at the 90-day mark.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Managing the full recruitment cycle independently from sourcing and qualifying board candidates to presenting them to chapter leaders for consideration and managing the onboarding process and 90-day performance check-in.
    • Inviting board candidates to consider joining GOA’s investor board or Friend of the Chapter giving programs as appropriate.
    • Promoting GOA within appropriate recruiting channels (online postings, volunteer/job fairs, LinkedIn, Volunteer Match, social media, etc.). Access to LinkedIn Recruiter Lite is available to the recruiter; GOA will reimburse recruiter or GOA will purchase the annual subscription on the recruiter’s behalf.
    • At the direction of the chief network officer (CNO), focus recruiting efforts to meet recruiting priorities and timelines.
    • Partnering with CNO to develop training for chapter boards to support their direct recruiting efforts.
    • Tracking all candidates during the recruitment, onboarding and orientation process.
    • Tracking and reporting on chapter board overall performance at 90-day check-ins.
    • Analyzing program trends and recommending areas for improvement.
    • Submitting monthly statement of work report and attending periodic check-in meetings with GOA staff.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Gift of Adoption Fund offers a highly competitive compensation plan commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the individual selected. As a non-benefit eligible contractor role, this position does not qualify for any company-sponsored benefits.
