SFI is where people come to learn about and explore the diverse and ecologically significant Klamath-Siskiyou bioregion—a land of steep mountains, wild rivers, and extraordinary biodiversity. Each year, we provide hands-on field courses for adults, youth environmental education programs, and support scientific research and conservation efforts. SFI is headquartered on the 850-acre Deer Creek Ranch, where we operate our educational facilities, lodging, and event spaces.

    Staff & HR Management

Cultivate a strong team culture, oversee hiring, training, and evaluations, and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
