    Description

    Objective: To carry out the Ministry Leadership Center’s administrative, logistical, and communications tasks related to Next-Gen Resources.

    Supervision: Sr. Director of Next Gen Resources

    Hours/Compensation: 40 Hours/Based on Experience

    Results/Expectations:

    • Logistical Support (15%)
      • Provide logistical support to the Next Gen Resource team members and team as a whole
      • Oversee event logistics for in-person training events, design teams, and writing conferences. This includes booking hotels, food, event spaces, and other event logistics.
      • Develop and manage contracts with partner organizations, writers, and contractors.
      • Provide customer service related to sales and digital maintenance of all products, services, and resources.
      • Assist the Chief Operations Officer with organization-wide event logistics, as needed.
    • Resource Administration and Communication (30%)
      • Support the Sales and Marketing Team’s efforts to share stories of impact with the larger ministry community through the publication of articles, website content, social media, and newsletters.
      • Become proficient with HubSpot CRM and work with the Sales and Marketing Team utilizing it for communication, product tracking, MLC services, curriculum, and lead generation.
      • Work with the team to maintain accurate contact and company records in HubSpot as it relates to the Next Gen team.
      • Work with the Strategic Content and Engagement Director to implement a strategic communications plan to engage and build our audience.
    • Next Gen Resources Development (40%)
      • Lead in the editing and formatting of print materials, curriculum, and resources developed by the team.
      • Create copy for and post all print and digital assets on the website and the store.
    • Recruiting and Networking (15%)
      • Support recruiting and sales efforts under the leadership of the Recruiting Director.
      • Participate in executing the organizational network and recruiting plan by completing all recruiting tasks assigned relational contacts.
      • Ensure lead generation procedures are in place for all training events and conferences.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of administrative experience
    • Proven administrative and logistical skills
    • Proven ability to copyedit
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM
    • Experience using Google Suite
    • Experience using Canva
    • Experience using and updating WordPress-based websites
    • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines effectively
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse people and communities (racially, theologically, geographically, denominationally, etc.)
    • Ability and willingness to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
    • Ability and willingness to travel at least two times per year for all staff gatherings in person.
