We are looking for a thoughtful, creative, and mission-driven Marketing and Communications Manager to help tell the Emma’s Torch story in compelling, strategic, and values-aligned ways.

    About the Role

This role will report directly to the Executive Director and work closely with our leadership and development teams.

    • Oversee email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, appeals, announcements)
    • Monitor analytics and adjust digital strategies accordingly

    • Draft press releases, talking points, and op-eds for leadership as needed
    • Coordinate communications around key events, campaigns, and announcements

    Storytelling & Content Creation

    • Gather and amplify stories from our students, alumni, staff, and partners in a respectful and dignified way
    • Produce content (written, visual, and multimedia) for use across platforms, working with photographers, videographers, and designers as needed
    • Support fundraising efforts by creating compelling donor communications and collateral
