The Opportunity: Design Your Work, Drive Global Impact

At Gratitude Network, we believe in empowering leaders—and that includes you. As our Corporate Partnerships Director, you’ll enjoy a flexible schedule and the freedom to decide how and when you work. You’ll own the process of building strategic relationships with mission-aligned companies, helping them create lasting change for children and youth worldwide. This is more than a fundraising role, it’s an opportunity to be a catalyst for change. You’ll collaborate with our Executive Director, Board, and partners to increase our corporate revenue and expand our network of mission-aligned companies. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is both professional and personable, confident in engaging with corporate audiences, and passionate about making a global difference. Join us and leave your mark on a growing international network of impact- driven organizations.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead strategic outreach to Fortune 500 and mid-size companies to secure corporate funding through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and warm networks
    • Cultivate and manage relationships with prospective and current corporate
    • partners
    • Create and coordinate partnership deliverables and volunteer engagements with
    • Gratitude internal team
    • Track performance metrics and maintain CRM records (Hubspot)
    • Create compelling pitch decks, proposals, and follow-up materials (Canva & PPT)
    • Support leadership with research and meeting preparation
    • Attend in-person meetings and conferences in the Bay Area as needed

    Qualifications

    • You’ve Got the Magic Touch: Maybe you’ve sold sand in the desert, rallied the PTA to snag local sponsors, or crushed that philanthropy chair role in college. (Translation: you’ve got 2–3+ years in fundraising, corporate partnerships, business development — OR you’re just naturally great at building relationships and making things happen).
    • You Know How to Close a Deal: Sponsorships, partnerships, turning a “maybe” into a “yes” — you make it happen.
    • You Get Nonprofits & Love Helping Companies Do Good: Bonus points if you’ve teamed up with CSR folks, nonprofit partners, or know something about B2B sales.
    • You Write and Speak Like a Pro: Whether on Zoom, in emails, at a networking event, or over coffee — you connect with people. Tech tools don’t scare you (or you might even have a soft spot for a CRM like HubSpot).
    • You Don't Mind the Travel. You work from home 70% of the time but can head to SF for a Rotary presentation or fly to New York for a volunteer event with enough notice.
    • You Thrive Working Remotely: A self-starter, organized, resourceful, and ready to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat. You know when it’s best to be in-person vs a Zoom will do.

    Benefits

So Why Join Us? Our Untraditional Perks

Be Part of Something Big (and Small): We’re a lean, agile team scaling global impact — your work won’t just matter, it will move the needle.

Leave Your Mark: No red tape. You’ll work closely with the Executive Director to shape how we grow and see your ideas come to life.

Work With World-Changers: Partner with visionary nonprofit leaders in 120+ countries and corporate teams that genuinely want to make the world better.

Flexibility Is Built In: Work where you want, when you work best — we care about results, not Zoom hours. Our ED actually models this: she gets the job done, logs off by 4 to pick up her kids to make soccer practice, and fully shuts down her work brain until the next day.

Culture That Walks the Talk: High-performance, purpose-first, supportive of trying new things and learning as we go. We celebrate the wins, fail forward, and laugh along the way.

Front-Row Seat to Innovation: Get access to cutting-edge nonprofit leadership strategies, global perspectives, and maybe even a few VIP events.

International Travel (If You’re Up for It): With Fellows in 124 countries, opportunities pop up everywhere. Land a partnership in London? You could be on the next plane to see it in action. (Totally optional, but always an adventure!)

The Practical Perks (a.k.a. The “Boring” Benefits): While we don’t offer healthcare, we do provide a 401k plan, professional development support, and a home office stipend to set you up for success. As we grow, you'd be part of the team deciding which benefits are best for our organization!

    Level of Language Proficiency

Languages: English fluency (professional level) is a must. Extra bonus points if you also speak corporate — the kind used in tech, finance, consulting, and beyond. Any additional world languages? Even better — with Fellows in 120+ countries, they’ll always come in handy.
