Job Title: Deputy Communications Director
Location: Washington, D.C (Hybrid Eligible)
Reports to: Vice President of Communications

Position Summary
Voto Latino is seeking a Deputy Communications Director to help support the planning and execution of the organization’s internal and external communications. The Deputy Communications Director will work closely with the VP of Communications and cross-functional teams to amplify the organization's voice across earned media, rapid response moments and serve as an on-the-record spokesperson. This mid-level role is ideal for a sharp, politically attuned communicator with experience in social content development, media relations, and strategic message rollouts—including for polling and focus group releases. The ideal candidate brings campaign, Hill, or political advocacy experience; strong media relationships; and a creative eye for translating key messages into compelling content across both traditional and digital platforms.
