Summary
The Donor Engagement Manager is an integral member of MiracleFeet’s Fundraising team, responsible for overseeing and making strategic decisions related to the donor database and donor engagement operations. This position manages all aspects of the donor database and supports the operations of a high performing, mission-driven team. The Donor Engagement Manager is responsible for leading the organization of fundraising campaigns in close collaboration with communications & marketing colleagues, carrying out stewardship activities and donor communications, managing MiracleFeet’s peer-to-peer fundraiser platform and inquiries, and providing positive donor experiences and interactions.
The ideal candidate will be customer-service oriented and highly organized, with a keen attention to detail. The Donor Engagement Manager reports to the Deputy Director of Fundraising on the Development & Communications team. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. MiracleFeet will not sponsor employment visas.

We offer a benefits package that includes 90% coverage of medical insurance for the employee, with the option to add family members and dental and vision at employee’s expense. Additional benefits include a 401k with 4% match, three weeks paid time off per year, and short-term and long-term disability and life insurance. This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary of $55,000 and may be performed remotely from anywhere within the United States.
