    Description

    Executive Director- Manna Community Kitchen

    Part Time: 20 hours/week

    Salary: $35,000-$50,000, commensurate with work experience

    Manna Community Kitchen seeks an Executive Director to lead its programs, staff and community partnerships. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director ensures strong operations, fundraising and organizational growth.

    Responsibilities

    Provide organizational leadership and program oversight

    Collaborate with staff, volunteers, board members and partners

    Develop and implement annual strategic/business plans

    Partner with Development Director on fundraising, grants, donor engagement and communications

    Oversee daily operations with Program manager; support kitchen and community center as needed (food safety, menu planning, volunteer coordination)

    Ensure financial accountability including payroll and invoicing

    Qualifications

    Leadership and management experience (non-profit/community preferred)

    Ability to supervise staff, manage budgets and work with Board of Directors

    Fundraising and grant writing experience

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Adaptable, collaborative and action-oriented.

    Commitment to Manna's mission and willingness to step into hands-on roles when needed
