Waltham Partnership for Youth (WPY) envisions a world where young people have the skills, resources and opportunities to participate fully in their communities and create their own paths to success and well-being. As an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, WPY has been an integral part of the city’s youth development landscape for more than 35 years.
WPY is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Career Exploration & Training program’s Internship Program. The Career Exploration & Training (CET) Program Coordinator will primarily be responsible for coordinating internships and professional development opportunities for high school students. With an emphasis on expanding STEM-based opportunities, the CET Program Coordinator will play a role in building and maintaining partnerships with employers to create high-quality work-based learning experiences for high school students. The CET Program Coordinator, who is based out of the WPY office and reports to the CET Program Manager.

The ideal candidate will bring experience with positive youth development, strong skills in event planning and workshop facilitation, knowledge of or interest in STEM career pathways and industries, and passion for WPY's youth-centered mission.
The work is hybrid, with at least three days per week in our Waltham office, and includes paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and year-end office closure.
