Waltham Partnership for Youth (WPY) envisions a world where young people have the skills, resources and opportunities to participate fully in their communities and create their own paths to success and well-being. Our mission is to collaborate with youth, families, and partner organizations to address long-standing systemic inequities while building a community of belonging and opportunity for Waltham youth. As an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, WPY has been an integral part of the city’s youth development landscape for more than 35 years.
The Individual & Institutional Giving Manager will be a core member of the WPY team, responsible for individual donor stewardship, corporate sponsor engagement, and the annual appeal. The Individual & Institutional Giving Manager will join a small but mighty team that has been successful with fundraising to date, and is ready to grow our fundraising efforts to sustain and strengthen our mission. The ideal candidate will be excited about entering into this newly created position, with opportunities to grow. Working closely with WPY’s Executive Director, the Individual & Institutional Giving Manager is crucial to fulfilling WPY’s mission by ensuring that we have the funding and resources needed to close the opportunity gap in Waltham.

The ideal candidate will be an adept and enthusiastic fundraiser, resourceful, highly-organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who brings passion for WPY's youth-centered mission.
The work is hybrid, with at least 2-3 days per week in our Waltham office, and includes paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and year-end office closure.
