    Media & Digital

    • Identify media engagement opportunities, draft pitches, and maintain relationships with journalists and outlets.
    • Plan and implement digital and social media campaigns, tracking performance and learning from the results.

    DEIB and Collaborative working

    • Coordinate with CPI’s global communications and impact colleagues to ensure alignment and a consistent brand voice.
    • Work closely with programme partners to support joint storytelling and amplify impact.
    • Contribute to a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace, working effectively across differences.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 4+ years’ experience in a communications role
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience developing key messages and tailoring content for diverse audiences.
    • Proven success with media engagement, including pitching stories and building press relationships.
    • Experience in independently planning and delivering events.
    • Experience executing social media and digital campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and X.
    • Experience implementing accessibility practices, including for digital materials and at live events.
    • Ability to translate data, evaluation, or research insights into compelling communications for diverse audiences.
    • Ability to balance multiple workstreams, work independently, and proactively flag support needs.
    • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, InDesign) for reports and social graphics.
    • Willingness to travel approximately 25% domestic/international or as needed for event management, storytelling, and organizational off-sites.
