The City Congregation (TCC), a welcoming secular Jewish community, is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations Manager to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who excels at organization, communication, and multitasking across administrative, financial, and programmatic areas.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing member and donor data across platforms (Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, Mailchimp, Paychex, Stripe, etc.)
- Overseeing communications, including email newsletters, social media posts, and website updates
- Supporting leadership and staff (including Rabbi, Board, and KidSchool team) with administrative coordination
- Handling payroll, invoicing, reimbursements, and donation processing
- Planning and managing logistics for community events (e.g., holidays, classes, KidSchool celebrations)
- Maintaining organized digital records, assisting with reporting, and tracking fundraising efforts
Qualifications:
- Experience in operations, administration, or nonprofit management
- Proficiency with platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and Paychex (or ability to learn quickly)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working independently
