Elevation Community Land Trust (ECLT) is a growing, innovative nonprofit with a mission of providing permanently affordable homeownership opportunities to low- and moderate-income families across Colorado. The Vice President of Social Impact & Wealth Equity (SIWE) is responsible for leading a cross-functional team that ensures low- and moderate-income households can successfully access and sustain affordable homeownership. This includes overseeing the full spectrum of the homeownership lifecycle — from initial outreach and buyer pipeline development through post-purchase stewardship — while advancing the organization’s mission of equitable community wealth building.
PRIMARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
The Vice President of SIWE will lead the department to ensure that low- to moderate-income households have the opportunity to equitably participate in the local community and economy through homeownership. The VP will ensure that all aspects of the home sales process – from initial community engagement through the homebuying process through post-purchase support – align with the mission, values and goals of ECLT. As a member of the leadership team, the VP of SIWE will provide strategic direction in these functional areas, while working to imbue all homeowner, staff, and partner interactions with the organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to position ECLT as a trusted partner in building equitable and inclusive communities. The VP of SIWE reports to the CPO and has three direct reports. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS
Salary range: $115,000 - $130,000, commensurate with depth of experience and overall qualifications. ECLT also offers a generous benefit package that includes health/dental/vision coverage, life, 401k, and paid time off.
ECLT is based in Denver and offers a flexible, hybrid work environment. The ECLT office is closed on Fridays; all team members have the option to work a four-day week, or a five-day week with a dedicated meeting-free day on Friday.
