With a 50-plus year history of advocacy and service, this position is essential to the ongoing success of the organization and the movement. PFLAG National has over 550,000 members and supporters and over 350 chapters in the United States. This vast grassroots network is led by the Chief Executive Officer, and cultivated, resourced, and serviced by the PFLAG National staff, Board of Directors, and Regional Directors Council. Currently, PFLAG National has a staff capacity of 31 FTEs who reside in Washington DC and fourteen states; over half of these work fully remote from its headquarters. PFLAG National has a labor agreement with the OPEIU Local 2, AFL-CIO and has a favorable relationship with its employees.
Position:
The Senior Coordinator, Corporate Philanthropy works with the Development & Philanthropic Partnerships Department and other staff to meet PFLAG National’s fundraising goals. This position is an integral part of the team responsible for securing mid-sized corporate support through national partnerships, corporate foundation grants, event sponsorships, and other co-branding opportunities. PFLAG National currently has over 75 global and national corporate partners and event sponsors, and a pipeline of potential partners through its Straight for Equality in the Workplace learning program. We are looking for someone with great experience, tenacity, and a vision for how to grow this already successful corporate philanthropy program.

This position is part of a bargaining unit represented by the Office and Professional Employees International Union, Local 2, AFL-CIO.
Salary: The salary range is 65,536 - 76,207 commensurate with experience, expertise, and other qualifying factors.
Position Type and Work Hours: This is a full-time role, typically Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the DC office.
