    Description

    About Us

We’re a nonprofit on a mission to eliminate Psychological Manipulation at the individual, community, and societal levels. We create freely available frameworks and resources to prevent manipulation and support those affected. Technology plays a vital role in how we deliver on this mission—and we’re looking for someone who can help us optimize it.

    Role Overview

We’re seeking a Microsoft 365 & Dynamics Specialist who is passionate about using Microsoft tools to streamline operations, solve problems, and empower teams. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on analyzing our current technology infrastructure and creating clear, user-friendly documentation and SOPs to ensure alignment across the organization, as well as making recommendations for better efficiency and helping us implement those recommendations.

We are a small organization, but we have implemented a robust technology infrastructure with the anticipation of launching a Learning Community and scaling our work over time. You will play a crucial role in helping us prepare for this growth and will work closely with the ED to maximize the benefits of the investment we have made in our technology infrastructure. If you have worked for a startup during its initial growth stages, that would be an ideal background.

Your knowledge of the tools available through MS 365 Business and MS Dynamics, as a functional consultant or power user, is essential. We are not looking for someone to complete tasks we ask them to do, but rather someone who can quickly grasp what we are trying to achieve with technology and who is excited to help us utilize the tools most effectively. I want to hire someone who gets excited about new functionality within the Microsoft set of tools we pay for, because the tools can help us achieve our mission, such as CoPilot. Technology will play a key role in achieving our mission. Can you help us?

    Key Responsibilities

      • Audit and assess our current use of Microsoft 365 Business, Dynamics, Teams, Loop, and Planner
      • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for tool usage, with a strong focus on MS Dynamics
      • Create easy-to-understand user guides and training materials
      • Collaborate closely with the Executive Director to align technology systems with organizational goals
      • Organize and optimize our file system and recommend improvements
      • Champion the use of Microsoft Copilot and explore its potential for our workflows and for researching potential donors
      • Assist with user journey planning as we prepare to launch a learning community, including mapping communication touchpoints and designing automated workflows using Dynamics
      • Lead and manage tech-related projects with minimal supervision

    What We’re Looking For

      • Deep experience with Microsoft 365 Business and Dynamics (setup, configuration, and usage)
      • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Loop, and Planner
      • A true Microsoft tools enthusiast—curious, proactive, and eager to learn and teach
      • Ability to explain complex systems in simple, accessible language
      • Strong project management skills and a self-directed work style
      • Experience creating SOPs and documentation for nonprofit or small team environments
      • Experience with user journey mapping and CRM automation strategies
      • Mission-driven mindset—you resonate deeply with our vision of a world free from the harm caused by Psychological Manipulation and are motivated to contribute meaningfully to that cause

If you’re excited about helping a mission-driven organization build a smarter, more efficient tech ecosystem, we’d love to hear from you.
