Youthshare Initiatives

YouthShare Initiatives is actively engaged in a series of concrete initiatives aimed at achieving its objectives. We implement leadership training programs for young people, equipping them with the necessary skills to design and manage high-impact social and environmental projects. This includes workshops on project management, sustainable development, and social innovation. We also facilitate international collaboration by developing exchange networks, enabling young people to share experiences and co-create local and global initiatives. A fundamental aspect of our activities is social inclusion; we specifically work to involve young people from disadvantaged or marginalized backgrounds, offering them opportunities for active participation in projects that generate a positive impact. In parallel, we conduct awareness-raising and advocacy actions with international organizations, communities, and political decision-makers to promote policies fostering inclusive and equitable development. Furthermore, YouthShare Initiatives focuses on empowering youth in Sub-Saharan Africa to become active agents of social, economic, and environmental change. The organization aims to create concrete spaces for young people to express themselves, make decisions, and take action. YouthShare Initiatives is involved in various programs, including ODD WATCH AFRICA. We also publish articles and news related to climate and environmental justice, youth leadership, social and territorial innovation, as well as gender and female leadership. Another area of focus is digital literacy in rural Africa, providing young people with essential skills for their future. In summary, our activities translate into on-the-ground actions, strategic partnerships, and a continuous commitment to balanced and equitable development, with youth as the driving force for change.

YouthShare Initiatives is an association dedicated to the empowerment and engagement of young people, governed by the Law of 1901. Our mission is to unite, mobilize, and inspire youth around sustainable, collaborative, and inclusive projects. We are committed to promoting balanced and equitable development by fostering innovative initiatives and concrete solutions to the challenges of emerging markets, with the conviction that youth are an essential driving force for change. These statutes establish our operating rules and fundamental principles.

Whom We Serve:

We primarily serve young people, with a particular focus on those located in Sub-Saharan Africa. Our objective is to transform them into active agents of social, economic, and environmental change by offering them concrete spaces to express themselves, make decisions, and take action. We welcome various categories of members : active members or adherents, who actively participate and are up-to-date with their annual contributions ; benefactor members, who contribute financially in a significant way ; and honorary members, designated for exceptional services. Any public or private legal entity, as well as physical or legal persons of foreign nationality, can be part of the association.
